Progress among Chinese in Russia

Apparently numbers of Chinese are migrating across the border to Russia, temporarily or longer, and some are converting, and others will be reached out to, even in Chinese...though they don't envision separate Chinese ethnic parishes, let alone "jurisdictions." That says to me Slavonic/Russian- (and other-) language parishes will *add* service(s) in Chinese - an ideal situation if it works.
